II. Important Safeguard
16. Check the pressure release device before using, make sure the pressure cooker is in
good working condition.
17. Do not open the pressure cooker until it has cooled and all internal pressure has
been released. If the knob/lids are di cult to apart, this indicates that the cooker is still
pressurized - do not force its opening. Any pressure in the cooker can be hazardous.
18. Do not use pressure cooker to store sugar, alkali, salt, vinegar, steam water, etc.
Clean and dry the cooker after use.
19. Do not boil the empty pot.
20. Do not tamper with any other safety systems beyond the maintenance instructions
speci ed in the instructions for use.
21. When the cooker is damaged or shows abnormal, stop using inmediately. Get it
repaired in the service department.
22. Parts of the cooker can be neither modi ed or re tted.
23. For repair, please contact your local dealer.
24. Limited volume for food.
Do not ll the unit over 2/3 full non-expandable foods such as vegetables and meat.
When cooking foods that expandduring cooking such as rice, legume or dried
vegetables, do not ll the unit over 1/2 full.
