2.3 MONTAGGIO
PANNELLI
- Avvolgere il corpo caldaia
(1) con il materassino
isolante (2), fissandolo con
la reggia.
Fissare le due staffe
superiori (3) ai tiranti
mediante dadi e rondelle (5-
6).
- Fissare le quattro staffette
inferiori (4) ai tiranti
mediante dadi e rondelle (5-
6).
- Fissare i fianchi (8-9)
inserendo le feritoie alle
staffette inferiori (4) e
fissandoli medianti viti
autofilettanti (15) alle staffe
superiori (3).
- Inserire tra i fianchi (8-9) il
pannello comandi , fiassare
il pannello comandi (12) ,
mediante le viti (13), alla
staffa superiore.
- Infilare il materassino
isolante posteriore (7) nel
retro della caldaia ed
avvitare mediante viti
autofilettanti (15) il pannello
posteriore (14).
- Chiudere la parte superiore
con il coperchio (10)
agganciandolo ai fianchi (8-
9) anteriormente e mediante
viti autofilettanti (15)
posteriormente.
- Chiudere la parte anteriore
montando la portina (11).
IMPORTANTE: una volta
montata la mantellatura di
rivestimento è necessario
applicare la targhetta dei
dati caratteristici, fornita con
il presente manuale, sul
fianco destro e in particolare
sull'angolo alto vicino allo
spigolo anteriore, come
mostrato nella figura 3.

2.3 PANEL
ASSEMBLY
- Wrap the body boiler (1)
with insulation (2) , fastening
it with the strap.
- Mount the two upper
brackets (3) on the tie rods
and fasten it with nuts and
washers (5-6)
- Mount the four lower
brackets (4) on the tie rods
and fasten it with nuts and
washers (5-6)
- To fasten sides (8-9) ,
insert slit to the lower
brackets (4) and fasten the
sides to the upper brackets
(3) with washers and self-
tapping screws (15).
- Insert the control panel
(12) between the sides (8-9)
and fasten it with screws
(13).
- Insert rear insulation (7)
into the rear of the boiler,
and fasten the rear panel
(14) with self tapping screws
(15).
- Close the top of the boiler
with the cover (10), hooking
it to the sides (8-9) in the
front and fasting it with self
tapping screws (15) in the
rear .
- Close the boiler front by
installing door (11).
IMPORTANT: the data
name-plate, furnished with
this manual, must be
installed after cladding
panels are assembled. This
name-plate goes on the top
front corner of the right side
as shown in figure 3.
2.3 MONTAJE
PANELES
- Envolver el cuerpo de la
caldera (1) con el isolante
(2) , fijandolo con la regia.
- Fijar las dos estafas
superiores (3) a los tirantes
por medio de dados y
arandelas (5-6).
- Fijar las cuatro estafas
inferiores (4) a los tirantes
por medio de dados y
arandelas (5-6).
- Fijar los flancos laterales
(8-9) adjuntando las
troneras a las estafas
inferiores (4) y fijandolo por
medio de tornillos
autoenroscantes (15) a las
estafas superiores (3).
- Anadir entre los flancos
laterales (8-9) el panel
comando (12) fijandolo por
medio de tornillos (13).
- Enhilar el isolante posterior
(7) en el detras de la caldera
y fijar por medio de tornillos
autoenroscantes (15) el
panel posterior (14).
- Cerrar la parte superior
con la tapa (10)
enganchandolo a flancos
laterales (8-9) anteriormente
y mediante los tornillos
autoenroscantes (15)
posteriormente.
- Cerrar la parte anterior
montando la puerta (11).
ADVERTENCIA
IMPORTANTE: Una vez
que estén montados los
paneles de
revestimiento, hace falta
montar la placa de las
características, que se
suministra junto con este
manual, en el lado derecho
y exactamente en el ángulo
arriba cerca de la esquina
delantera, según se enseña
en la figura 3.
2.3 СБОРКА
КОРПУСА
- Покройте тело котла (1)
изоляцией (2) укрепляя
лентой.
- Установите две верхние
скобы (3) прикручивая
гайкой и шайбой (5-6).
- Установите четыре
нижние скобы (4) и
прикрутите гайками и
шайбами (5-6).
- Для прикрепления
боковых панелей (8-9)
вставьте крюки в нижние
скобы (4) и прикрутите
панели к верхним скобам
(3) саморезами с шайбами
(15).
- Вставьте панель
управления (12) между
панелями (8-9) и
прикрутите саморезами
(13).
- Вставьте заднюю
изоляцию (7), и прикрутите
заднюю панель (14)
саморезами (15).
- Закройте верх котла
крышкой (10), цепляя ее к
панелям (8-9) спереди и
закручивая саморезами
(15) сзади.
- Закройте перед котла
установив переднюю
дверь (11).
ВАЖНО: Этикетка с
техническими данными,
поставляемая вместе с
инструкцией, должна быть
наклеена после сборки. Ее
следует наклеить в
верхнем переднем углу
правой панели корпуса
котла (рис. 3).
