By simultaneously pressing the buttons P and MAN
(steam) for 5 seconds when the oven is switched off
(the board is fed), the test mode is accessed, thus
facilitating the setting up of the plant and the failure
routine. The display shows the following message for
around one second:
"tESt 1.b"
The test is divided into four phases: display segments
and led test, sensors test, relay tests and entry test. To
skip from one phase to the following the button P is to
be pressed, and after the fourth phase the normal
functioning is accessed (control off).
1 st PHASE: Display test
• The displays segments and the led are turned on one
by one cyclically.
The display segments are turned on altogether and the
display shows:

2 PHASE: Sensor test
• The display shows the temperature of the oven sensor,
whereas the timer display shows the message "Pr1".
When the oven is switched on, the installer can display the parameters by simultaneously pressing the button P and
MAN (steam) for 5 seconds. The parameter displayed can be modified by pressing the buttons + and -. To skip to the
following parameter, press P. After selecting the latest parameter the oven will start functioning normally with the new
values that have been set. The parameters are listed in the following table:

By pressing the button + the core sensor test is shown.
The display shows the core sensor temperature,
whereas the timer display shows the message "Pr2".
By pressing the button - the oven test is shown again.

• The button START/STOP allows to switch on the relay
indicated on the temperature display, the button + allows
to switch on the following relay, the button - allows to
switch on the previous relay.

• The left display shows the message "doo" (door input),
whereas the central display shows the input state "On" or
"OFF". By pressing the button - the door input test is
accessed again.
To force a general reset of the oven back to the original
supplier setting, in any functioning mode the buttons
PROBE, + and – can be pressed simultaneously for 5
seconds. The board will start as at the first switch on.
Now the parameters and recipes values are to be set
again.
