BEFORE USE:
Check service brake general operation
Check park brake function
Check warning device function in reverse
Check tire condition
Check overall vehicle condition
Recharge batteries to full state of charge after each day's use
Inspect charger connector and receptacle at each charge
Examine for cuts, excessive wear and pressure (See GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS)
Check for bent rims, missing or loose lug nuts
(includes items listed in previous table & the following)
Clean batteries & terminals. See BATTERY CLEANING.
Check charge condition and all connections
Check battery water
Check all wiring for loose connections and broken/missing insulation
Clean connections, keep receptacles free of dirt and foreign matter
Check for smooth movement
Conduct brake performance test
Check brake performance and adjust if required
Check attachment, tighten if required
Check for abnormal play, tightness of all hardware
Check for excessive play, bent components or loose connections
Check for PDS Controller braking force (see PDS MODEL VEHICLES in text) proper
operation of system
Check for leakage, add SAE 30 oil as required
(includes items listed in previous tables & the following)
Check for damage to axle and loose or missing hardware
Check for oil leakage and loose fasteners
Check for loose hardware, cracks at attachments
