1)ON/OFF Switch – allows the operator to turn the unit on and off.
2) Pilot lamp – when on indicates that the equipment is energized.
3) Digital ampmeter/voltmeter – to display the welding parameters, current and voltage. After the welding it
maintains the values fixed in the.
4) Range selecting switch: with two positions, allows selecting the working range (low or high) within the
total range of 18 to 45V. Position 1 corresponds to the low range and position 2 to the high range.
5) Fine adjustment switch of empty voltage: with 10 positions, allows the fine adjustment of the empty
voltage within each selected ranges through the range selecting switch.
6) Inductance: allows adjustment the dynamic characteristic of the source to the working conditions with
short circuit transfer.
7) Negative output terminal: to connect the work cable.
8) Over temperature lamp: when ON indicates that the power source is overheated, the welding is
interrupted, the fan continues to work.When the source reaches a safe temperature level again, the lamp
turns off and the welding can be re-started.
