7. Tips and recommendations
7.1 Problems with the Lighting Slim Receiver RTS?
Problem
The light does not react
when a button on the
control point is pressed
Nothing operates
7.2 Restoring the original con¿ guration
Caution: This reset is carried out using an RTS control
point which has already been programmed into the
Lighting Slim Receiver RTS.
Caution! This reset deletes all control points.
Caution! Only switch off the power to the Lighting Slim
Receiver RTS to be reset!
Caution! Do the use the Inis RT/Inis control point for
resetting!
1) Cut the power supply for 2 seconds.
2)
Switch the power supply back on for approximately
10 seconds (for at least 5 seconds but no longer
than 15 seconds).
3)
Cut the power supply for 2 seconds.
4)
Switch the power supply back on: the light À ickers
slightly.
5)
Press the PROG button on the RTS control point
until the light comes on then goes out. The light will
come on then go out again after several seconds:
all control points have been deleted.

Follow the procedures in the section entitled
"Commissioning" to add RTS control points.

Possible cause
The bulb is blown.
The control point has not been
programmed into the Lighting Slim
Receiver RTS
The batteries in the control point are
depleted
Radio interference prevents the
operation of the RTS control point and
Lighting Slim receiver RTS.
The control point used is not compa-
tible with the Lighting Slim Receiver
RTS
The power supply is faulty.
The bulb is blown.
The light(s) linked to the Lighting Slim
Receiver RTS are greater than 500 W.
Lighting Slim Receiver RTS
Solution
Replace the bulb.
Follow the procedure for adding an
RTS control point.
Replace the batteries
Turn off any radio equipment nearby.
Ensure the two products are
compatible.
Check the power supply.
Replace the bulb.
Ensure the light(s) linked to the
Lighting Slim receiver RTS are no
greater than 500 W in total.
