Joint List of Contacts

Your telephone contains a second directory whose entries automatically
appear on all handsets that are connected to the same base station. You
can store the names and a telephone number of ten subscribers here.
Open the 'Share PhBook' sub-menu in the 'Settings' menu.

'Empty' will appear if no entry has been made yet.

Press MENU to activate the additional functions.

New entry
Confirm the 'Empty' memory space with MENU to make a new entry.

Enter a name and press MENU.

Enter the telephone number and press MENU.

Selecting a number
You will be able to confirm the entry with MENU if a name has already
been entered. The following options will now be available:
'Details': Have the telephone number relating to the entry also displayed.
'Delete entry': Delete the entry.
'Change': You will be able to change the name and the telephone number
in succession.
'Delete all': Delete all entries. The 'Empty' entry will be retained.
