Open 'Settings' in the menu.

Choose here between 'H/Set Settings' and there the 'Base Settings'

option.

Setting a handset

Ring tone
You can specify the ring tone for the handset for external calls or internal
calls. The ring will let you recognise if the caller is calling externally or is
registered on the same base station.
Open the 'Ringer' option in the 'H/Set Setting' menu.

External
Open the 'External' option in the 'Ringer volume ' menu.

The 'Melodie' [Melody] entry for the ring tone will be active. Select one

of 15 melodies (polyphonic ringing sounds) for external calls.
You will not be able to hear the melodies if the ring tone volume (see
below) is set to 'Off'.
