Telephone Calls

Answering the telephone

You will hear the call tone if a call is received. Either 'Extern Call', the
telephone number of the caller or the name, if the name is stored in the
List of Contacts with this number, will appear on the display.
The telephone LED on the base station will also flash.
INFORMATION: This display of the call number can differ or be
unavailable according to the network provider and the type of the
telephone connection.
To accept a call when the handset is in the charge cradle, proceed as
follows:
Lift the handset from the charging cradle or press the Talk key, to

switch the telephone to the hands-free mode.
To accept a call when the handset is not in the charge cradle, press the

talk key.
INFORMATION: You can set the handset so that you will always
have to press the Talk key to receive a call (see
