Button 4: Repeat the current message; press twice to replay the previous
message
Button 5: Delete the current message
Button 6: Skip to the next message

Delete message?

Open the 'Delete message?' sub-menu in the 'Answer Machine' menu

and press MENU.
Confirm the 'Delete All?' query with MENU, to delete all old messages.


Outgoing messages

Two announcement versions are supplied:

An announcement text for the case that a message should be
recorded;

An announcement text for the case that a message should not be
recorded;
Listening to announcements
Open the 'Settings sub-menu in the 'Answer Machine' menu.

Select the 'Outgoing msg' option.

Select the 'Play message' option.

Then select the 'Answer & Record' option or the 'Answer only'. The

respective announcement will be replayed.

Preset text with recording: 'Your call cannot be answered at the
moment. Please leave a message after the tone.'
