PENNE ALLA VODKA

2 cups penne
1 cup crushed tomatoes
2 oz. vodka
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. olive oil
1 oz. grated cheese
Dash salt and pepper
• Place the Inner Pot into the Perfect Cooker.
• Fill the inner liner with pasta to the 1 cup draw line.
• Mix the liquids together: crushed tomato, vodka, cream, and
stock.
• Add in all the ingredients and mix.
• Secure the Lid and press the Cook button once.
• At 10-12 minutes, the pasta is al dente. Turn off or cook for a few
more minutes to preferred tenderness.
