PEPPERONI CALZONE

8 oz. pizza dough
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
2 tbsp. mozzarella, shredded
12 pc. Pepperoni
1 tbsp. grated cheese
1/4 red pepper, sliced
Dash salt and pepper
Roll out the dough thin. Layer all the ingredients on the
dough on one side. Fold over and seal everything in.
• Place the Inner Pot into the Perfect Cooker.
• Place in the Inner Pot.
• Secure the Lid and Press the Cook Button.
• At 15-20 minutes, flip over the calzone
and press Cook button.
• Cook for 20 minutes.
• Check to see both side are golden brown.
