6.2 Establishing the electrical connection

1 Loosen the lateral mounting screws to remove the covering hood (7). You can then access the PCB (1).
2 Guide the connecting cable through the PG 9 screws to the PCB.
3 Apply an operating voltage of 24 V DC to X1.1 and X1.2.
4 Apply the control signal input for "START" to X1.3 or X1.4, depending on the electrical
design of the robot output.
5 Apply the control signal output for "READY" to X1.5 or X1.6, depending on the electrical
design of the robot output.
NOTICE
The torch cleaning station must be and remain without compressed air and power during setup!
• The gas nozzle diameter must match that of the set of clamping jaws.
• The distance sleeve must match the nominal diameter of the gas nozzle.
• The reamer must be precisely aligned with the torch type.
