The thermostat has two distinct operation statuses:
- Normal operation
- Parameter setting
When it is switched on, the thermostat goes into "normal operation" status. Using the
button key, you can switch from one status to the other (the switchover from "parameter
setting" status to "normal operation" status also comes about automatically, 30 seconds
after the last pressure on the button keys).
Under normal operating conditions, the information regarding the thermostat and the current time
is displayed.
The back-lighting of button keys and the circular touch slider is activated when the proximity sensor
on the device detects the user approaching the device and automatically deactivates after thirty
seconds of inactivity by the user.

Select the information to be displayed
Information related to the measured temperature or the
current time can also be displayed. By pressing the push-
button
it is possible to display the various pieces of
information mentioned above in succession. When
displaying the current time, the thermostat information is at
any rate visible, excluding the measured temperature.
Display stand-by deactivation procedure
In stand-by mode, the display visualises only the measured
temperature or current time, depending on which one was
active before stand-by was activated. In order to set the
complete deactivation of the display in stand-by mode, press
any part of the left side of the circular touch slider for at least
3 seconds; the display visualises "OFF", to indicate that the
display will be deactivated. To reactivate signalling in stand-
by mode, repeat the procedure; in this case, "ON" will be
visualised.
