INSTALLATION.

The boiler room must be carried out according to the UNE-100020 standard, a substitute or more restrictive
standard.
The boiler safety distances, vents, safety measures in the boiler room, as well as storage of fuels in silo must
be indicated in the project and follow current regulations.
The safety distances and the assembly diagrams described below are merely informative, and the installation
must be adapted to the current regulations for gas outlets to facades, powers, as well as minimum safety distances
to specific public areas in each geographical area.
It must be installed in a room with positive atmospheric pressures (minimum 5 pascals), never in depression
(watertight rooms or without the corresponding air changes), as indicated in the regulations for boiler rooms.
5.1. For transport reasons, the boiler will arrive on a pallet, which includes the boiler, pneumatic vacuum cleaner,
hopper and accessories such as manuals, etc. which must be assembled in the boiler room properly
conditioned, according to European regulations.
5.2. Remove the packaging and protective bag from all packages.
5.3. Remove the nuts or bolts that fix the boiler to the pallet and remove it.
5.4. Lift with the help of a forklift bearing in mind the weight of the assembly to separate the boiler from the
pallet.
5.5. Once the pallet is removed, level it by adjusting the feet of the boiler itself.
5.6. Reserve the packaging for 2 years and then recycle.
With regard to future maintenance or repairs, the distances from walls and ceilings must be respected, the
measures indicated below are merely indicative, it is important to respect the local regulations on boiler rooms. We
recommend first placing the boiler in its final position and then we will proceed to the assembly of the rest of the
accessories, such as hopper, vacuum cleaner, extractor, wiring.
