UNPREDICTABLES – SOLUTION OF PROBLEMS
Upon coming across any problem in operation, follow the instructions below to check
and repair the problem, and/or get in touch with your representative.
Unpredictables
- Non operating equipment. - Battery out of charge.
- Micromotor does not work. - Pedal incorrectly connected.
- Micromotor stops automa-
tically.
- Non conformity reading the
apex.
- Micromotor does not
retrogresses automatically.
- The lime does not work(M3,
M4 e M5).
- Automatic Start/Stop not
regulated (M3, M4 e M5).
Probable cause
- Charger connected.
- A lot of resistance inside the
root canal.
- A lot of resistance inside the
root canal.
- Canal in bad condition (M3-
M5).
- Unit in a stable condition.
- Canal in bad condition.
- It is not in auto mode ad-
vance/reverse.
- The present torque is very
high.
- The file did not reached the
pre-determined apex. (M3,M4
and M5).
- The file has not entered the
canal.
- The canal is very dry.
- Labial clip with bad contact.
- Oral mucosa is very dry.
- Electromagnetic Interfe-
rence.

Solutions
- Recharge the battery.
- Disconnect the charger.
- Check the cable and rees-
tablish the connection.
- Raise the torque adjus-
ting manually the mode
advance/reverse.
- Raise the torque adjusting
manually the mode advance/
reverse.
- Change to the mode wi-
thout the apex locator (M1).
- Restart and compare with
the X-rays.
- Clean the liquid and re-
sidue.
- Adjust the mode advance/
reverse.
- Reduce the torque.
- The file will only retrogress
when it reaches the position
of the pre-determined apex.
- The file work when It enter
into the canal.
- Inject a little bit of physiolo-
gical serum.
- Clean or change the labial
clip.
- Wet partially the oral mu-
cosa.
- Do not use the charger to
charge.
- Change to the mode wi-
thout the apex locator (M1).
