Installation and Putting into Operation

Gas bottle connection for Chamber mode with Gas Flushing:
- Provide a secure position for the gas bottle.
- Secure the gas bottle against falling over.
Connect the attached gas hose to the hose nozzle on the bottle pressure
-
reducer for the gas bottle and to the hose nozzle on the back of the
machine.
Fasten the hose at each end using a hose band clip to ensure it is gas-tight.

Note!

Using the bottle pressure reducer set the working pressure to a
maximum of 1.5 bar.

Keep the screw fittings on the gas bottle and on the bottle pressure
reducer free from oil and grease.

Close the bottle valve and the shut-off valve upon completion of
operation.

GreenVac Connection:
- Connect the plug-in connector on the hose of the GreenVac fitting to the
snap-on connector on the machine.
Disable chamber mode and start GreenVac mode by switching the master
-
switch to setting 2.
Undo the connection: Press the washer backwards on to the snap-on
-
connector.
- The vacuum reading is read off at the manometer on the GreenVac fitting.
