2.6.3 GLASS COVER PREPARATION

- Place the glass hat on a table , with metal brackets
facing up .
- Peel the release coated paper of double-face
- Put the guide sliding in a fully closed position against
the two angles (Fig.14b) and low the ceiling as long as
the double-sided adhesive adheres to the glass. The
electric wire of the ceiling lamp must pass in the slot .
NOTE: In the display unit shelves
refrigerate pastry cover glass is equipped
with supply cables. The cables must pass
through the slot of the
- Fix the ceiling lamp with 2 screws per side (Cod.7)
without forcing (do not bend the brackets ) .
- Fix the blocks (Cod.5) of Plexiglas with two screws
each (Cod.6) (Fig.14c) .
glass top with a screw (Cod.16) and a nylon washer
(Cod.15).Screw and washer are in the upright
accessories (see Sec. 2.6.4).
2.6.3.a PREPARATION SHELVES ( OPTIONAL )
this stage:
- Present the shelf (Cod.8) in the center of the set
with the electrical cables on the same side of the
ceiling wires .
- Fix the shelf with 2 screws each (Cod..6)
