POWER METER Function.

This function allows you to measure optical power at xPON or RFoG network
wavelenghts. The network type is configurable by the user (see section
CONFIGURATION function). In this way, the instrument connects in "pass-trhough"
mode, that is, without interrupting the service, allowing to measure simultaneously
Upstream and Downstream power signal.
To access this function:

[1] Upstream (1310 nm) signal status with respect to threshold values. Three
states are possible: LOW, PASS, HIGH.
