Remedy
Observe permissible coupling spacings

Install the ELGA free of tension (evenness of the
bearing surface: chapter 5.1 Mechanical in-
stallation)
Change arrangement of the effective load
Align ELGA so that it is exactly parallel to the
second axis
Modify travel speed
Change the regulator parameters
Send ELGA to Festo for repair
Lubricate ELGA ( chapter 8 Care and
maintenance)
Send ELGA to Festo for repair
Check mounting of the motor mounting kit
(coupling)
Reduce load mass/torques
Observe max. screw-in depth
