I. BASIC GUARANTEE
AL-KO products are manufactured with extreme care and attention and are strictly monitored by AL-KO's
Quality Assurance Department. As the manufacturer of the AL-KO products, we therefore provide a gua-
rantee that these products will be free from defects to the same extent and under the same conditions
that apply within the context of the legal conditions of statutory purchasing warranties. In cases of com-
mercial or professional use of the AL-KO products, or in cases of equivalent use, the guarantee period
is restricted to 12 months, which is at variance to the statutory guarantee period.
The guarantee period commences with purchase of the product by the first end user. The date on the
original proof of purchase is decisive.
Our guarantee exists in addition to any entitlement to warranty or compensation under the laws of
purchase which is due to you as the buyer from the seller in the event of any material defect of the
product. Your statutory rights are therefore not limited by our guarantee, but rather - to the extent of our
guarantee promise - extended by the right of direct claim against us as the manufacturer.
II. EXTENDED GUARANTEE
In addition to the basic guarantee, we offer you an extended guarantee for our AL-KO products in which
we extend the guarantee period to a total of 5 years. The requirements and scope of this extended

The most important requirement is that you, as a customer, must register your productwithin four
weeks of the date of purchase on our website:

if you wish to avail yourself of the extended guarantee.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The AL-KO "UP4" support system comprises 4 motorised support legs, an electronic control unit and a
remote control unit.
The support legs of the caravan are raised and lowered by simple use of the remote control. The AL-
KO "UP4" support system has an automatic function. Pressing the "AUTO" button on the remote control
raises or lowers the four corner supports automatically.
The remote control also permits individual adjustment of each individual support leg.
The "soft-start" technology is gentle on the system and protects the motors.
The four corner steadies of the AL-KO "UP4" support system are each fitted with an "AL-KO big foot
These prevent the steadies from slipping or sinking into the ground.
ADVICE
The power supply to the AL-KO "UP4" support system has to come from a battery installed in
the caravan!

Intended use

The AL-KO support system is suitable for the conversion of AL-KO chassis from model year 1989.
WARNING!
Jacking up and lifting the caravan using the AL-KO support system is forbidden!
The system is intended only to stabilise the caravan.
