This notification is part of the Conformity Declaration, Certification No. 0405
Since, based on the requisite, norm compliant structure according to CISPR 16 and VDE
0876, the permissible leakage current limit value according to EN 61010-1 and the basic
insulation of a protection class I piece of equipment can not be adhered to, additional
measures for protection against direct and indirect contact by the user are absolutely
necessary.
The operator is responsible for ensuring protection in accordance with VDE 0100 Part 410
and VDE 0876 Part 1 during work with the artificial mains network. Before starting work a
secure connection is to be established with the existing protective conductor in situ. In all
respects, this connection must correspond to a protective conductor connection. It may
only then be removed if the artificial mains network is disconnected again from the mains
supply.
When using the protection measure "protective separation" a professional electrician is to
decide at which points a ground connection or a connection with the existing protective
conductor in situ may be implemented.
This safety regulations in the attached operation manual as well as the ones
externally attached to the equipment are to be observed unconditionally.
