 MAINTENANCE menu
[1] BLACK SHADING
DETECTION [READY, ACTIVE]
For automatically correcting the black
shading.
DETECTION is performed when the ENTER
operation has been performed at the ACTIVE
setting.
It takes anywhere from 1 minute 0 seconds
to about  minutes for the detection operation
to be completed.
CORRECT(DIG) [OFF, ON]
For ON/OFF control of the detection
correction.
Notes
 Perform BLACK SHADING when the
format has been changed.
 The black balance may be upset by the
automatic correction. If this is the case,
perform ABB with the CORRECT item
at the ON setting.
Alternatively, ABB is performed
automatically if automatic correction is
executed with the CORRECT item at
the ON setting.
