Pickup tube loose or clogged.
Flow control knob setting too low.
Material too thick.
TROUBLE! MATERIAL BEING SPRAyED IS SPLATTERING.

Viscosity of material is too low.
TROUBLE! SPRAyER PULSATES.

Material in canister almost empty.

WHAT TO DO...
Reduce air flow by turning material adjustment knob.
Increase speed of application.
Increase distance from surface.
Check dilution recommendation.

Reduce distance to surface.
Reduce flow by turning flow control knob clockwise.
WHAT TO DO...
Clean nozzles.
Check tube.
Increase flow control setting
Check viscosity recommendation

Thin material per manufacturer recommendation.

Refill canister.
WHAT TO DO...
Remove lid and reattach squarely and evenly, then tighten lid securely.
Clean threads on top and sides of canister and lid.

Thin spray material. Hold sprayer below level of spray material
can. Oil intake opening.
Thinen or replace
Clean or replace as needed.
Put in atomizer valve.
Thin material.
Clean tip.
Clean intake filter.
Adjust knob.
Clean and oil or replace
WHAT TO DO...
Insert spring and piston into the housing prior to reassembling.
Press and hold the release button while reassembling
