Action
In the New Block dialog:
In the Name field, type an appropriate name, for instance
•
PARAMETERS_CONCENTRATION.
In the Base group box, select Time.
•
In the Call group box, select From: Block FED_BATCH_CONCENTRATION
•
and At: 0.00 min.
Click OK to insert the new block.
•
The new block will be placed inside the Block FED_BATCH_CONCENTRATION
block.
Action
In the Text pane, select the Base Time instruction of the Block
PARAMETERS_CONCENTRATION block.
In the Instruction box:
Set Breakpoint to 0.00 min.
•
In the Instructions group box, select Recirc and TankLevel.
•
In the Parameters field:
Check Maintain or set Setpoint for the tank level to a desired value.
•
Set Hysteresis to an appropriate value, for instance 0.5 l.
•
Set Tank Fill to Enabled.
•
Click Insert.
Action
In the Text pane, select the Base Time instruction of the Block
