In the Instruction box:
Set Breakpoint to 0.00 min.

In the Instructions group box, select Watch and WatchTankLevel.

Set:

1 Test to Greater_Than.
2 Value to a number in liters given by the tank specification or the
application requirements.
3 Action to END_BLOCK.
Click the Insert button.

Action
In the Text pane, select the End_Block instruction of the Block
PRODUCT_TRANSFER_VOLUME block.
In the Instruction box:
Set Breakpoint to a value high enough for the tank to reach the volume

set for WatchTankLevel (in the previous step).
Click the Change button.
