SAW STARTING UP ACCIDENTALLY, ALWAYS
SET THE SWITCH TO „0" POSITION AND PULL
THE POWER PLUG OUT OF THE SOCKET-
OUTLET BEFORE YOU REMOVE OR CHANGE
THE BLADE.
2. To carry out internal cuts in a panel: Remove the
blade as described in Section 7.2
3. Drill a 6.3 mm hole in the panel.
4. Place the panel on the saw table with the drilled
hole above the access hole.
5. Install the blade through the hole in the panel and
adjust the blade tension.
6. When you have completed the internal cuts,
remove the blade from the blade holders (as
described in Section 7.2) and take the panel off
the table.

First remove the table insert (15).
Then hook both adapters (50) on the two saw
blade holders (18/31).

9. Maintenance
Bearings
Periodically lubricate all bearings with high-grade
machine grease, at the latest however after 25 to 30
hours of operation.
Cleaning
Sawdust should be removed from the inside of the
fretsaw at regular intervals. Switch off the machine
and pull out the power plug before you open the left
cover (6). You can then use a brush or vacuum
cleaner to clean the inside. Sawdust and chips have
to be removed from the motor's air vents after every
work session.
Maintenance
Do not carry out any repairs yourself. If any problems
arise, take your fretsaw to a specialist workshop.
