10.1. GENERAL WARNINGS

WARNING!
Do not start the machine until it has been
positioned and installed in its final place of
operation ensure that the motor terminal box is
fully closed.
Before starting the motor, check the insulation
resistance if the values is below 20 MΩ, it is
necessary to dry the winding.
a) avoid frequent starts motor stops (Chapter 7.1);
b) in case of power outages it is good to interrupt the supply circuit.

11. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

All works on the motor must be carried out only
after the power supply has been disconnected and
the motor is secured against accidental starting.
Any maintenance intervention must be performed
by qualified personnel.

service networ. Non original parts can damage the
product and be dangerous for people and things.

(WEEE). Electronic-electrical equipment must not be disposed of with
domestic waste as it is made of various materials that can be recy-
cled at the appropriate facilities. Inquiries should be made through
the municipal authorities regarding the location of the ecological plat-
forms that receive products for disposal and their subsequent correct

13.3 CORRECTIVE FACTORS FOR POWER REDUCTION
When the motor is installed in a site where the ambient temperature is
greater than 40°C and/or its altitude is more than 1000 m above sea level
the power delivered by the motor has to be reduced. To avoid overheating,
the engine must be replaced with another whose nominal power
multiplied by the factor corresponding to the temperature and the
environmental dimension is greater than or equal to that of the standard
engine.
