Adjust the upper outlet (1) (break-jet cover) so
that the shredded material follows the desired
direction.
The material must be place in the green hopper (2)
until it reaches the infeed rollers (3) which will pull
the material to be shredded.
Select the material as bunches when placing it in the
infeed roller, this will make the work easier.
In order to reach the informed production, the
feeding of the material to be shredded has to be
continuous and at an amount that is proportional to
the opening of the infeed rollers. Exceeding the
equipment feeding causes damages to the machine
and decreases production, this will lead the warranty
to be lost.
Make sure that other materials such as glass, iron,
stones, wood, plastic, among others are not
introduced in the infeed rollers, this will damage the
equipment and will lead the warranty to be lost.
Such materials mixed with the forage may harm the
animal digestion.

Note:
5 mm or 10 mm cutting sizes can be
achieved by changing belt position, which
alters the rotation of the cylinder feeder, and
feeding speed of the shredder.
Warning!
Keep the hands and any other part of the body
far from the infeed funnel and rollers so as to
prevent physical damages.
