Start button not working
➥ Check the wires and replace the button if necessary.
The switch (4 fig.10) is broken.
➥ Replace
Faulty contact in a high voltage power cable, plug or socket
➥ Disconnect the high voltage plug and connect the cables one at a time, in order to
discover the faulty contact.
The overload cutout (7 fig. 10) trips
➥ Check for short circuits on the machine's electrical system or the motors.
➥ Check the kW available and the kW required; by reducing the speed will show whether
this is the cause of the fault.
➥ The switch (4 fig.7) is faulty.
Faulty contact in section power supply cable (1 fig.16) (when all the heads of a single
section do not work)
➥ Replace
Faulty contact in frequency changer power supply cable (4 fig.17) or circuit board (3fig.
16) frequency changer connection cable.
