• Press the blades in the direction of the motor device until the ends are felt to lock in
place. Check that they are fi rmly attached.
• Insert the plug in a duly installed 230 V/50 Hz socket.
Switching on
• Please note that for safety reasons the knife can only be switched on if switches 2 and 3
pressed.
• Do not exert too much pressure when cutting; allow the knife to do the cutting.
• After use, please remove the plug from the socket and take out the blades by pressing
button 1.
• Remove the mains plug from the socket.
• Please take care with the sharp knives!
• Clean the individual parts in the usual way in soapy water.
• The housing of the motor device can be wiped off with a slightly moistened cloth. Do not
immerse the motor device in water!
