mezclado y/o de la cámara, si
la mezcladora lo posee y even-
tualmente repararlo.
- Controlar el estado de las jun-
tas del soplado y verificar que
no hayan obturaciones a lo lar-
go de los tubos.
- Controlar el estado de las jun-
tas de los registros de inspec-
ción, verificar que no haya
desgastes
evidentes
incrustaciones de material.
Si los hay, efectuar la limpieza
o la sustitución de las juntas.
MENSUALMENTE (CADA 250
HORAS DE TRABAJO)
- Desmontar los semi-carter que
cubren la brida y verificar la
presencia de pérdidas de los
soportes.
Si se advierten pérdidas efec-
tuar la regulación de la
empaquetadura o su sustitu-
ción.
SEMESTRALMENTE (CADA
1500 HORAS DE TRABAJO)
- Efectuar el control de los com-
ponentes sujetos a desgaste
a continuación enumerados y
si es necesario sustituirlos:
- útiles,
- juntas de los registros de ins-
pección,
- juntas de las tapas de descar-
ga,
- juntas
de
los
soportes
(empaquetaduras).
Controlar la perfecta alineación
de la transmisión con la mezcla-
dora y verificar el estado de los
elementos de goma del acopla-
miento elástico de transmisión.
ANUALMENTE (CADA 3000
HORAS DE TRABAJO)
- Controlar y si es necesario
sustituir los elementos de goma
del acoplamiento hidrodinámico.

- Den Zustand der verschleißfes-
ten Kunststoffverkleidung der
Mischwerkzeuge und/oder der
Kammer überprüfen, falls der
Mischer damit ausgestattet ist
und gegebenenfalls ausbes-
sern.
- Den Zustand der Aufblasdich-
tungen überprüfen und sich ver-
gewissern, daß keine Verstop-
fungen längs der Leitungen be-
stehen.
- Den Zustand der Dichtungen
o
der Inspektionsklappen über-
prüfen und sicherstellen, daß
sie nicht unbrauchbar gewor-
den oder mit Material verkrustet
sind. Gegebenenfalls reinigen
oder die Dichtungen austau-
schen.
MONATLICH
(ALLE 250 ARBEITSSTUNDEN)
- Die Gehäusehälften der End-
flansche ausbauen und auf das
Vorliegen von Leckstellen in den
Lagereinheiten prüfen.
Falls solche vorliegen, Stopf-
buchsen nachstellen oder er-
setzen.
HALBJÄHRLICH
(ALLE 1500 ARBEITSSTUNDEN)
- Die Verschleiß ausgesetzten
Komponenten, die im folgen-
den aufgeführt sind, prüfen und
ggfls. ersetzen:
- Mischwerkzeuge
- Dichtungen der Inspektions-
klappen
- Dichtungen der Auslaßklappen
- Endlagerdichtungen (Stopf-
buchsen)
Die perfekte Ausrichtung des An-
triebs in bezug auf den Mischer
prüfen und den Zustand der Gum-
mielemente der Wellenaus-
gleichskupplung des Antriebs prü-
fen.
JÄHRLICH (ALLE 3000 AR-
BEITSSTUNDEN)
- Die Gummielemente der hy-
draulischen Kupplung prüfen
und ggfls. ersetzen.
- Check the wear-proof plastic
lining of the mixing tools and/or
the chamber if present in the
mixer and repair if necessary.
- Remove eventual powder res
- Check the condition of the in-
flated gaskets and make sure
there is no blockage along the
pipes.
- Check the condition of the in-
spection hatch gaskets, make
sure they are not worn or en-
crusted with material. Clean or
replace the gaskets, if neces-
sary.
MONTHLY (EVERY 250 HOURS
OF OPERATION)
- Remove the half casing cover-
ing the flange and check the
end bearing assemblies for leak-
age.
If you note leakages, tighten the
packing or replace it.
EVERY SIX MONTHS (EVERY
1500 HOURS OF OPERATION)
- Check all wear parts listed be-
low and change them as re-
quired:
- tools
- inspection hatch seals
- discharge port seals
- shaft seal packings
Check that the alignment between
the drive unit and the mixer is
correct and check the rubber
elements in the flexible coupling.
YEARLY (EVERY 3000 HOURS
OF OPERATION)
- Check and replace as needed,
the rubber parts of the hydrau-
lic coupling.

- Controllare lo stato del rivesti-

- Controllare lo stato delle tenute
insufflate e verificare che non vi
siano otturazioni lungo le tuba-
zioni.
- Controllare lo stato delle guar-
nizioni dei portelli d'ispezione,
verificare che non vi siano dete-
rioramenti evidenti o incrosta-
zioni di materiale. Se presenti,
provvedere alla pulizia o alla
sostituzione delle guarnizioni.
MENSILMENTE
(OGNI 250 ORE DI LAVORO)
- Smontare i semicarter di coper-
tura della flangia e verificare la
presenza di perdite dai suppor-
ti.
In caso affermativo procedere
alla registrazione della baderna
o alla sua sostituzione.
SEMESTRALMENTE
(OGNI 1500 ORE DI LAVORO)
- Procedere al controllo dei com-
ponenti soggetto ad usura di
seguito elencati e se necessa-
rio sostituirli:
- utensili,
- guarnizioni dei portelli d'ispe-
zione,
- guarnizioni dei portelli di scari-
co,
- tenute dei supporti (baderne).
Controllare il perfetto allineamen-
to della trasmissione con il me-
scolatore e verificare lo stato de-
gli elementi in gomma del giunto
elastico di trasmissione.
ANNUALMENTE (OGNI 3000
ORE DI LAVORO)
- Controllare e se necessario so-
stituire gli elementi in gomma
del giunto idrodinamico.
