ASSEMBLY OF HEIGHT AND ANGLE ADJUST HANDWHEELS

1.
Assemble the handwheel on the axle of the front part of the
machine. Assemble the stop washer and the box nut. Tighten
the handle stop nut.
2.
Assemble the angle handwheel. Assemble the stop washer and
the box nut. Tighten the handle lock nut. Turn the table saw
upside down in order that it is in its working position.
CAUTION: Switch of the machine and disconnect the machine from the power supply,
by removing the plug from the socket before any adjustment, repair or maintenance
operation, and before replacing the blade.

Unscrew the screw that fix the protective cap to the riving knife and remove
the bench inlay by unscrewing the 8 flat-headed Phillips screws (Fig. 9).

After unlocking the height adjust handwheel of the blade, turn it anti-clockwise
to move the axle of the blade at its highest position. Remove the blade lock
nut (A) and the outer flange (B). Then assemble the blade (teeth must point
towards the front side of the machine). Fix the blade with the flange and the
nut.
3.
Check that the blade is perfectly fixed, that the riving knife is aligned and at
the correct distance from the blade (see adjustment of the riving knife, the re-
assemble the bench inlay.
4.
Re-assemble the protective cap: place the protective cap on the upper side of
the riving knife in order that its hole is perfectly aligned to the one of the riving
knife and fix it with the screw and the nut.
5.
Turn the blade by hand to check that there are not obstacles.
6.
Connect the machine and start it for a while without processing immediately
the material to be cut to check that there are not any
problems.
