4. Route the cable below the cabinet support and secure. Please note:
Lay the CAN cables separately.

Routing signal lines and power-carrying lines cables together can
result in signal interference.
CAN cables must not have additional earthing.
|
The shield of the CAN cable is earthed capacitively in the central
inverter. This prevents equalising currents from damaging connected
cables and components.
5. Label the cables.
6. Secure the cables on cable mounting rails.
CAN cables are connected.

Optional: Connecting the Ethernet

Materials required
Ethernet cable

Cat 5 network cable or better.

If you are not using a router or switch: Crossover cable.
Maximum length: 100 m

during the process vary depending on installation site and application.

Prerequisites
Known IP address of the central inverter (see Information submenu in

the display).
Suitable network address set on the PC to be connected (see operating
|
system information).
Example (standard setting):
Central inverter IP address:192.168.0.111
Set IP address on the PC:192.168.0.100
Set subnet mask on the PC:255.255.255.0
Requirements for connection via router
DHCP service activated in the router.

If no DHCP service is available through the router: The IP address of
the device is configured to 192.168.0.111 by default. The IP address
can also be changed, if required, see help pages in the display.
PC connected with router.
|
Router switched on.
|
In network connections, PC set to automatically obtaining IP
|
addresses.
Automatic assignment of IP address is enabled in the display.
