3. Check the supply air to the operating area. Please note:
To filter the inlet air at the air filter, use a G3 or G4 class filter (EN
779).
Inlet air must be free of combustible, explosive, aggressive, caustic
or corrosive gases, vapours or dusts.
Maximum relative humidity 95% (non-condensing).
Inlet and exhaust air separated to prevent an air short circuit.
4. The flow rate is checked for each device. Please note:
Required air flow rate: 4000 m³/h.
5. Inspect the area around the device. Please note:
The operating area must be dry, clean and free of foreign objects.
Foreign objects such as film, plastic bags and pieces of paper may
be sucked in by the fans, putting the device at risk.
The operating area must be free of combustible or explosive
substances.
6. Check the temperature and humidity. Please note:
T = –20°C to +50°C
At T = +45 °C, the output is automatically reduced in devices with
the level of performance 350 kVA.
Maximum relative humidity 95% (non-condensing).
The operating area has been checked.
Check the device fan
1. Top of the device: Inspect the connector of the fan set.
Risk of fatal injury due to high voltages!
Death or serious injury could result when working on high-voltage and
high-current electrical systems and live parts.
Before starting any work on electrical systems:
Disconnect the unit.
Ensure that the unit cannot be switched on again.
Verify that the system is fully deenergised.
Earth and short-circuit the unit.
Cover or shield any adjacent live components.
N.B. On photovoltaic systems, the power source is always active
during the hours of daylight.
2. Open the control cabinet.
3. Switch on the auxiliary power supply.
