the industrial truck is loaded in such a way that the driver has a clear

view of the route ahead;
the industrial truck is not overloaded;
|
the industrial truck is loaded in such a way that loads cannot fall off or
|
shift;
the industrial truck is only driven with the lifting boom inclined
|
backwards;
when travelling on slopes and inclines the load is carried facing the
|
gradient;
persons have been posted to give instructions if the driver does not
|
have a clear view of the route ahead or the load; predetermined hand
signals or a radio are used for communication between operator and
instructor(s);
vehicles are only loaded or unloaded by the industrial truck if they have
|
been secured against rolling and tilting;
no persons are endangered when the industrial truck is in motion;
|
loads are not deposited in traffic routes and escape paths or in front of
|
safety equipment and operating equipment which must remain
accessible at all times;
no persons are carried together with the load or with the industrial
|
truck;
loads are not transported over the heads of other workers;
|
a protective beam has been fitted to the fork arms when the truck is
|
travelling unloaded;
only undamaged devices are transported;
|
before the load is lifted, it is checked that the transport rails of the
|
device are undamaged and secure;
if a forklift is used, the base covers are removed.
