d. Using the microwave
The microwave is located in the lower part of the CPM and can be used to heat up 1
or 2 portions of refrigerated or frozen sauce and 1 or 2 refrigerated or frozen ready
meals.
The microwave has been designed for use with products wrapped in suitable plastic
film, do not use loose food products and/or packaged in metallic containers: please
consult the warnings chapter.
The appliance has been tested using the 150 g and 400 g portions of frozen and
refrigerated products from Barilla's First Fast range: reheating and cooking times are
pre-set and can be selected using the keypad (see below).
Insert the portions in the oven and place them in a central and symmetrical position –
as a rule - on the glass-ceramic surface: do not place the container against the walls
or the door.
As the containers come in different sizes the correct positions are screen printed
on the glass-ceramic surface, as shown in the below figures:
