ALARMS, INDICATIONS AND SAFETY PROCEDURES

a. Over-temperature alarm
When the measured temperature inside the upper boiler tank exceeds 120°C the
following conditions occur:
heating is disabled;
the cooking cycle is interrupted, if in progress;
the buzzer sounds intermittently and rapidly;
the OVER-TEMPERATURE alarm messages flashes on the LCD.
Press button 11 (ON/OFF) to silence the buzzer and display the "OFF" message on
the LCD.
The CPM remains in the OFF state.
Press button 11 again and, if the alarm persists, switch the CPM off and on again (by
disconnecting and reconnecting the plug).
If the problem persists, contact customer service.
b. Temperature probe disconnected or interrupted alarm
If the temperature probe is interrupted or disconnected the PROBE T°
DISCONNECTED ALARM and PROBE T° INTERRUPTED ALARM messages
alternate on the LCD display; the buzzer sounds intermittently for 1 minute and the
CPM remains in the OFF state.
Solution and remedies: Switch the CPM off and on again (by disconnecting and
reconnecting the plug); check the temperature probe and its connections and, if
necessary, replace it.
c. Tank not filled alarm and procedure
If the boiler tank is not filled with water the WATER LEVEL message appears on the
display for 5 minutes; if the tank has not been filled by the end of this period, the filling
solenoid valve/electrical pump is turned off and the buzzer sounds for one minute,
after which the heating is switched off and the WATER LEVEL ALARM message is
displayed.
Solution and remedies: Switch the CPM off and on again (by disconnecting and
reconnecting the plug); if the CPM is connected to the water supply, check that the
tap upstream is open; check and clean the water system solenoid valve; clean the
level sensor inside the boiler tank.
If the CPM is not connected to the water supply, check that there is water in the
reserve tank; check and clean the electrical pump; clean the level sensor inside the
tank.
