CLEANING

Before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning operations, ensure the appliance is
disconnected from the electrical mains supply.
Wait for the CPM to cool down before cleaning it.
Ensure the CPM is kept clean.
Residual food traces can cause fire hazards.
BOILER
•
Change the water in the cooking tank at least once a day, and clean the tank and
the baskets.
•
Do not leave any traces of salted water in the bottom of the tank; during cleaning
operations wash and dry the bottom thoroughly.
•
Use a soft cloth, lukewarm water and neutral, non-corrosive detergents to clean
the plastic and metal parts.
Procedure to drain water from Boiler
cooking tank:
•
Remove the boiler tank water outlet
tap access panel (17)
•
Connect the unload tube equipped
with the CPM (90), to the draining
rubber-holder (53).
•
Lower the lever (51) to open the tap
and convey the water into a tank or
directly into the water drainage.
ATTENTION: BE CAREFUL WITH THE DRAINED WATER AS IT COULD BE VERY
HOT.
