7. Possible Malfunctions

If the device malfunctions, try to determine if one of the following is the cause of the
problem before calling a service center.
Problem
No cooling
Insufficient
cooling power
If you are unable to fix the problem:
disconnect the device from its power source by

removing the plug from its socket,
do not open the device's housing,

contact a service center or sales agent.

connected.
• Safety fuse activated.
• Power outage
• Damaged temperature
regulator.
• Direct sunlight or heat
source nearby.
• Poor air circulation inside
the device.
• Food stored in device is
too warm.
• Device is overfilled.
Removal
• Remove plug and reconnect
properly.
• Check fuse, check device after
connecting to another outlet.
• Check power source
• Call a service center or sales
agent.
• Separate device from heat
source.
• Ensure sufficient distance from
walls and other objects.
• Cool food products before
placing inside device.
• Do not overfill device, remove
excess products.
