PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The products D-BOLT AP-063-GE and AP-063-GPS are permanent anchor points with a European Technical
Assessment (ETA) number ETA-16/0790 and the permanent anchor point D-BOLT AP-058 has General building
approval Z-14.9-704.
The anchor points also fulfil the criteria for DIN EN 795/A:2012 and CEN/TS 16415:2013.
The single anchorage points AP-US-058, AP-US-063-GE-063 and AP-US-GPS are tested to ANSI Z359.1-2007 and
are for mounting on steel and for securing (depending on version) for AP-US-058 and AP-US-063-GPS of max. 1
person (As shown in 5.4) AP-US-063-GE for max. 2 Persons.
The product has been tested as a system and should only be installed with the fixings described.
The anchor point is suitable for protecting people from falling or for impact with a weight of up to 500 kg / 1100 lbs.
The anchor point may only be used for its intended use! Either as fall protection or as a load-bearing device; never
for both at the same time.
Applications in areas where there is constant, alternating immersion in seawater; the splash zone for seawater,
chlorine-containing atmospheres in swimming pools or atmospheres with extreme chemical pollution should be
avoided.
If the installation instructions or operating manual as well as the approval of the single anchor point are not observed,
any liability of SKYLOTEC GmbH shall be excluded.

SAFETY INFORMATION

Prior to fitting, all fitters or users must read these instructions. The assembly instructions must be strictly observed as
failure to do so may endanger lives. Immediately cease fitting work for the fall-arrester device if, during this, difficulties
are encountered. More information can be obtained from the manufacturer.

individual anchoring point in a dry place and are accessible to all users at any time.
Before and during use, a visual check of the operability of the system must
be performed.
When installing the anchor point, the following standards or
certifications should be observed for the application of force to the
existing structure: DIN EN 4426, EN 795:2012, ANSI Z359.1:2007
and/or the General building approval no. Z-14-9-704 and the
European Technical Assessment ETA 16/0790.
