7.1 Switch the device on

7.2 Making settings in the imaging
software
The settings are described using the Vi-
sionX imaging software for an example�
For further information regarding the use
of the imaging software, refer to the rele-
vant manual�
Children are more sensitive to radiation
than adults� Keep the exposure parame-
ters as low as possible taking into con-
sideration the image quality� Refer also to
the FDA information on pediatric X-ray
imaging�

Preparing an X-ray image in VisionX
Requirements:
– VisionX is started�
– Patient is logged-in�
– No other image acquisitions are in progress
(X-ray or video)�
Click on the required image in the menu bar
