3.7
Mounting the lifting arms with
rotary unit right and rotary unit
left to the cross bar
3.7.1 Mounting the lifting arms
Attach the aluminium bearing housings (A) from
bag (G) to the bolt of the lifting arm (screw surface
outwards) and insert the lifting arm into the cross
bar on the frame (observe the marking "Left").
Then align the holes. Insert the M12x45 screws
with washers and position the M12 nuts. Then
drive in 2 roll pins 13x36 at either side and secure
using M8 bolts. Tighten the bolts and install grease
nipple (N) (fig. 3-7).
3.7.2 Mounting the rotary unit to the
bearing housing
Fix crank extension (V) and rubber joint (G) to the
rotary unit using dowel pin (S) (fig. 3-8). Use the
content of bag J.
Connect the bearing housing to the rotary unit
using four M16 screws (C) and spacer (D) (fig.
3-8). Use the content of bag J.
Attention!
Observe the torque of the screws!
Please observe the marking "Left"!
3.7.3 Mounting the rotary unit to the
lifting arm
Slide bearing housing (A) onto pivot pin (J) and
secure with ring (R) and dowel pin (Z) (fig. 3-8).
