Troubleshooting
If You Suspect Something Wrong
Check and take steps as described below.
If the described suggestions do not solve the problem, it is
recommended to take the unit to your nearest authorized
Panasonic Servicenter. The product should be serviced only by
qualifi ed personnel. Please refer the checking and the repair to
professionals. Panasonic shall not be liable for any accidents
arising out of neglect of checking the unit or your own repair
after your checking.
Never take measures especially those other than indicated by
italic letters in "Possible solution" described below because
those are too dangerous for users to handle themselves.
Display
The disc is dirty or upside down.
Check the disc.
The disc has scratches.
Eject the magazine.
• Check the disc.
(After 5 seconds)
• Load the disc again.
The next disc
automatically
No operation by some cause.
Eject the magazine. If failure persists, press the reset switch on the CD
changer. If normal operation is not restored, consult your dealer or the
nearest Panasonic Servicenter to ask for repairs.
No disc is in the CD Changer (magazine).
Insert discs into the CD changer (magazine).
The changer has become disconnected from the unit in the changer mode.
Verify the wiring.
Note: Messages in the action and display sections of the error chart vary with changer. Refer to the operating
instructions for the CD changer for details.
Display
The iPod cable was disconnected in the iPod mode.
Reconnect the iPod cable.
Your iPod has no playable music.
Download playable music to your iPod.

Warning
• Do not use the unit in an irregular condition, for example,
without sound, or with smoke or a foul smell, which can

The subscription information was updated.
Wait for 3 minutes in the Sirius mode.
"SUBSCRIPTION
UPDATED"
Your location is out of receivable areas (e.g. in a tunnel), or the unit is decoding
a selected broadcast. The display appears also while the connections are being
checked after the power has been turned on.
"ACQUIRING SIGNAL"
Wait until getting out of the unreceivable area or completing the decoding.
