Function description
The rotor is driven by a synchronous gear motor. Spring-loaded
rolls are attached on the rotor ends, to press a dosing hose against
the inside arch of the dosing head.
The metering function of the peristaltic pump is caused by the
rollers rotating and forcing the liquid out of the metering hose into
the discharge hose. The pump is primed by the action of the
metering hose regaining its original shape.
