MANUAL
Streeters
First of all we wish to thank you for the
trust you placed in us by selecting a
VERMEIREN product.
Before using the Streeter, read the
instruction
manual
carefully:
familiarize you with this product. You will
also be given hints about the care and
service of your Streeter. Please remember
that observance of our instructions would
keep
your
Streeter
in
condition of preservation and it will
function perfectly even after years of use.
If you have any further questions, kindly
consult your specialist dealer.

Assembling
1. Press on the spring button, until the leg
is unlocked. Adjust the leg to the desired
length and check the correct position of
the spring button. Adjust all legs at the
same height.
2. Check that the walker is locked in the
unfolded position, before using the walker.
Therefore grasp the sides of the walker
and try to close the walker. Use the
Streeter only on flat, solid underground.

Do not lean against or on the Streeter

The Streeter must only be set up
indoors on level surfaces. When in use,
check that all 4 castors press evenly on
the floor.
Repair work may only be undertaken
by the specialist dealer.
Take note of the instructions for care
and service. The manufacturer is not liable
for
damage
servicing/care.
Care
It is best to use a soapy solution for
cleaning. The cleaning liquid should in any
case have a pH value of at least 6. Do not
use a cleaning agent which contains
solvents. Observe the instructions of the
cleaning liquid used. Kindly use a damp
cloth and lukewarm water for cleaning.
Avoid soaking. Do not use metal brushes
or any other sharp-edged or pointed
cleaning utensils. In the case of damage
to the varnish or the woodwork, consult
your specialist dealer. Regular care would
ensure that your Streeter is preserved in a
perfectly functional condition.
Disinfection
For sterilization use only disinfectants
suitable for treating varnished metal and
wood surfaces. Observe the instructions
of the cleaning liquid used. Use only
proved
disinfection) and disinfectants included in
the list of the Robert Koch Institute

undertaken by trained persons. Consult
your specialist dealer.
Repairs / Service / Inspection
You

VERMEIREN replacement parts. Repairs
and renovations may only be undertaken
by trained persons. Make use of the
services offered by your specialist dealer.
He would gladly assist you further in
regard to service and repairs.
Before you resume use of the Streeter, it
should be serviced according to the
following criteria:
• Completeness
• Adjustment functions
• Check the castors (stability, tracking,
fixing screws)
• Frames, (deformation, stability)
• Trays, (closed surfaces,
splinters, tears)
• damaged varnish (remove possible rust
and relacquer)

between + 5° and + 45° C
20% - 75% relative humidity
