7. Functions

7.1 Overview of functions

The activity sensor has the following functions: time with date and battery state,
pedometer, calorie consumption, distance covered, active time, daily target, heart
rate measurement and sleep mode.
The functions are reset to zero every day at midnight. The counting then starts
again from the beginning.
To switch between the individual functions, press the "Touch" button on the ac-
tivity sensor.
