WARRANTY TERMS
1) PERIOD: the product is covered by a 12 (twelve)‐month warranty.
2) EXCLUSION: the following is excluded from the warranty:
a) troubles deriving from lack of routine maintenance due to negligence of the user or
a wrong product use;
b) periodical checks and maintenance;
c) repair or replacement of wear parts , fragile parts or parts whose life is not
foreseeable, unless their defectiveness is proved upon delivery;
d) damages due to workmanship, as well as technical staff boarding and lodge
expenses and transport;
e) failures or damages deriving from a wrong use or use errors ;
f) failures or damages deriving impurities in the water and air feeding systems,
extraordinary chemical or electric events;
g) failures or damages deriving from the use of detergents, disinfectants, substances or
processes other than those indicated in the use and maintenance manual;
h) natural colour change of plastic parts.
3) INSTALLATION AND TESTING REPORT: the warranty shall be applied exclusively after
the relevant installation and testing report has been returned, fully filled out and
signed by the user and the Fitter. The report shall be returned within 15 days from
installation, on pain of warranty cancellation.
4) LIMITS: the warranty entitles to free replacement or repair of defective components.
The right to the replacement of the entire tool is anyway excluded. As to the
components applied or integrated to the product with the manufacturer's brand or by
a third party, having their own warranty certificate, terms and conditions of the same
certificates are applied.
The performance of one or more repairs during the warranty period does not modify
the warranty expiry date.
5) CLAIMS: in case of claim by the Purchaser on the warranty application, on the quality
or conditions of the delivered tool, the Purchaser shall not be entitled to suspend
and/or delay due payments.
6) DISPUTES: in case of dispute on the application and construction of this Warranty
certificate, the Parma Court (Italy) will decide, wherever the tool purchase contract has
been
7) CONCESSIONS: special concessions on the warranty terms herein do not imply the
title to any other right to the Purchaser and shall be considered as granted for the very
specific case only.
8) OTHERS: as to what has not been expressly mentioned in this Warranty Certificate
the rules of the Code of Civil Proceeding and well as the Laws of the Italian Republic on
the matter shall apply.
