MAINTENANCE
Before any type of Maintenance or repair intervention it is necessary to cutoff the
machine from power supply and water supply.
For Maintenance and Repair interventions follow instructions below:
Never use solvents or flammable materials
Be careful not to disperse corrosive and/or harmful fluids into the environment
At the end of work, restore and fix correctly all guards and panels removed or
opened.
WARNING: The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for the non respect of listed
recommendations or any use other than that described in this manual .
Routine maintenance:
The Machine has been designed so as to minimize routine maintenance, it is up to the
operator to assess the system status and its suitability for use.
It is recommended to stop the system and perform maintenance interventions in case
of non ideal operation in order to achieve utmost efficiency.
Visually check the condition of single parts composing the Machine, mainly hydraulic
fittings, connection hoses and valves by also checking the absence of alterations due to
yielding, leak or deformation.
Planned maintenance:
Operations described below have to be carried out following the indicated time
schedule.
N.B.: The non respect of requirements relieves the manufacturer from any
responsibility as to Warranty validity .
These operations, although of simple execution, have to be performed by Skilled Staff.
