Pump the lift pedal to raise the load.
When the vehicle is in the desired height, make sure
safety lock is secured in one of the notches.
Press the release valve pedal slowly to gently lower the lift.
IMPORTANT: Speed of lowering is controlled by the release valve. The more the valve is ope-
ned the more rapidly the lift descends.
When the lift is fully lowered, ensure the bike is on its wheels and supported firmly.
Unstrap the bike from the lift and move the lift from under the bike.
6. MAINTENANCE
When the lift is not in use, it must be stored in the lowest position to minimize corrosion.
Keep the lift clean and lubricate all moving parts.

Unit will not lift at its full

By doing this, we ensure load will not fall accidentally.
Tighten ratchet tie downs so the vehicle does not move.
When the work is completed, press the lifting pedal once and dis-
engage the safety lock from the notches.
Secure the safety bar in the clip:
Position the fully lowered lift on a level surface.
Remove oil filler plug.
Correct oil level is to filler hole.
Add hydraulic oil if necessary.
IMPORTANT: Do not use brake fluid.

Air in the system
Too much hydraulic oil inside

SOLUTION
Check if the release pedal is
stuck and raise it completely
Check the oil level and refill if
necessary
Change the oil
Purge air from the hydraulic
system
Check fluid level and adjust if
needed
